What we're looking for
- 2+ years in technical support
- Strong problem-solving and patience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Basic understanding of web technologies
- Ability to explain things clearly
- A customer-first mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with WordPress or Laravel products
- Familiarity with help-desk tools
- Additional language skills
